About the Peterson Health Technology Institute
The Peterson Health Technology Institute (PHTI) provides independent evaluations of innovative healthcare technologies to improve health and lower costs. Through its rigorous, evidence-based research, PHTI analyzes the clinical benefits and economic impact of digital health solutions.

PHTI is seeking an Associate to help drive the execution of rigorous, evidence-based assessments of innovative digital health technologies.
This role will play a crucial part in various components of the health technology assessment process, including reviewing clinical and economic evidence such as analyzing large data sets, conducting market and policy research, and drafting reports that synthesize findings into clear, consumable guidance for health plans, employers, and other purchasers of digital health technology.
The Associate will work with internal teams and external partners to advance all aspects of the assessment process and dissemination of PHTI’s reports and findings.

Professional Experience
We anticipate that the starting base salary range for this position will be $75,000 to $87,500, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. A final decision on the successful candidate’s starting salary will be based on a number of factors, such as skills, experience, qualifications, education, and the location in which the job will be performed.
