We are seeking a professional, confident, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist cum Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while also supporting the company's marketing and business development efforts.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, strong interpersonal abilities, and a good understanding of social media and online marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Client Relations

• Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain visitor records.
• Ensure a positive first impression of the company through excellent customer service.
• Assist with administrative and office coordination tasks as required.

Client Meetings & Business Representation

• Meet prospective and existing clients on behalf of the company when required.
• Present company services professionally and communicate the company's value proposition effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Follow up on client inquiries and support lead generation activities.
• Represent the company professionally during meetings, events, and networking opportunities.

Marketing & Business Development

• Manage and update the company's social media platforms and online presence.
• Create and publish engaging content to promote company services and brand awareness.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Identify opportunities to market the business and generate leads through online and offline channels.
• Promote company services confidently during client interactions and meetings.
• Monitor marketing performance and provide suggestions for improving visibility and customer engagement.

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
