Multi Technician (MEP Technician with UAE Driving License)

Role Description

This is a full time on site role located in Dubai for a Multi Technician. The Multi Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks across various systems and equipment. Day to day duties include troubleshooting, routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and attending to emergency repairs.

The role requires adhering to safety protocols, maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

Technical skills

• Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC systems
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in UAE.Maintenance skills: Routine inspections, Preventive maintenance, Troubleshooting
• Operational skills: Record keeping, Safety protocol adherence, Compliance with industry standards
• Excellent problem olving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the facility management industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications or technical training are beneficial
• Must have valid UAE Driving License.
• Must be available in UAE
