Position Title: Multi-Technician (UAE Driving License Required)

Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor / Facilities Manager
Job Summary
The Multi-Technician is responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems. The role requires responding to maintenance requests, troubleshooting equipment faults, attending emergency breakdowns, and ensuring facilities are maintained in a safe and efficient condition.
The technician will also be responsible for driving company vehicles to transport materials, tools, and personnel as required.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance Operations
- Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance works.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in building systems and equipment.
- Attend maintenance complaints and emergency breakdown calls promptly.
- Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities as per scheduled plans.
- Repair, replace, and maintain facility equipment and components to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor the condition of building services and report potential issues proactively.
Driving & Logistics
- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Transport maintenance materials, tools, spare parts, and technicians to work locations as required.
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness, proper usage, and compliance with traffic regulations.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and maintenance standards.
- Use appropriate tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with applicable regulations and industry best practices.
- Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and equipment failures immediately.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs completed, and materials used.
- Update maintenance logs, service reports, and work orders.
- Assist in inventory monitoring and spare parts management.
Qualifications & ExperienceEducation
- Technical Diploma, ITI, Trade Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a similar maintenance role.
- Experience in handling electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance works.
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Ability to attend emergency breakdowns and work flexible hours when required.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC equipment, and general maintenance practices.
- Ability to read and understand maintenance manuals and technical instructions.
- Good communication skills in English.

Working Conditions

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
