Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and user-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance activities.
Support end-users through phone, email, and onsite visits.
Assist with IT infrastructure projects and implementation activities.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and information security standards. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk roles.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, etc.).MCSE, MCSA, or CCNA certification will be an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Excellent customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
