The mandate sits close to the CEO and carries meaningful influence across investment, product, customer and revenue decisions.
The ideal candidate will bring senior sales and marketing leadership experience from a major real estate developer, with a strong track record across residential communities, mixed-use development or high-value property launches. GCC experience would be highly relevant, particularly in environments with significant off-plan sales, broker networks, direct sales teams and digitally driven lead generation.
