About Zamanat:
Zamanat is a Sharia-aligned real-world asset tokenisation platform. We structure and tokenise assets across funds, private credit, real estate and receivables, then distribute them through institutional, private wealth and on-chain channels.
We are building the commercial engine for our first fund and related asset-backed mandates. The role is hands-on, commercial and execution-led.
We are hiring a Senior Manager / Associate Director, Institutional Distribution & Web3 Partnerships to help build demand for Zamanat's tokenised investment products.
The role covers two parallel channels.
First, traditional distribution: GCC family offices, HNWIs, Islamic investors, private banks, wealth platforms, Takaful operators, awqaf and selected institutional allocators.
Second, Web3 distribution: digital asset managers, crypto-native funds, on-chain treasuries, regulated exchanges, OTC desks, custodians, tokenisation platforms and liquidity partners.
This is not a "Head of Sales" role and not a pure relationship-management seat. We need someone who can build pipeline, qualify investors, open relevant relationships, support product positioning and convert conversations into subscriptions, mandates or commercial partnerships.
You have 8-12 years of experience in institutional sales, business development, investor relations, capital raising, private banking, wealth management, fintech, digital assets or fund distribution.
You have current, usable relationships in at least one of these markets:GCC family offices, HNWIs and private wealth channels.
Islamic investors, Takaful, awqaf or Sharia-sensitive allocators.
Banks, wealth platforms, asset managers or institutional allocators.
Digital asset managers, crypto funds, exchanges, OTC desks, custodians, tokenisation platforms or on-chain treasuries.
You understand the difference between access and conversion. We are looking for someone who has helped raise capital, build AUM, close commercial partnerships or generate revenue, not someone who only attends events.
You do not need to be a structuring expert, but you must be able to discuss funds, tokenisation, custody, private markets, investor onboarding and Sharia-aligned products with credibility.
8-12 years in institutional sales, BD, investor relations, capital raising, private banking, wealth, fintech or digital assets.
Demonstrable track record of capital raising, AUM growth, revenue generation, mandate origination or partnership conversion.
Current relationships across GCC investors, institutions or Web3 distribution channels.
Exposure to at least one of: private credit, real estate funds, structured products, tokenised assets, digital asset custody, exchanges, OTC flows or fund distribution.
Familiarity with ADGM, DIFC, DFSA, FSRA or VARA environments.
Strong written follow-up, CRM discipline and ability to manage multiple live conversations.
Sharia-aligned investment products, sukuk, Islamic finance or ethical investment screening.
Tokenisation, digital asset custody, exchange listings, OTC liquidity or on-chain distribution.
Relationships across UAE, Saudi Arabia, South Asia or Sub-Saharan Africa.
Experience in an early-stage company, new product launch or market-entry role.
What Success Looks Like:
In the first 90 days, you will have mapped priority investor and Web3 channels, activated your strongest relationships, built a live pipeline and supported early fund / mandate distribution.
In the first 6-12 months, success means qualified capital conversations, active diligence processes, signed commercial partnerships, subscriptions or mandates, and a repeatable distribution playbook for Zamanat.
