Delacon helps organizations transform customer conversations into measurable commercial outcomes through AI-enabled call intelligence, attribution, and analytics capabilities.

The platform combines call tracking, telephony infrastructure, marketing attribution, AI-driven speech analytics, and actionable insights that enable organizations to improve marketing effectiveness and connect customer interactions directly to business performance.

• Review and strengthen GTM architecture
• Improve pipeline quality and forecast accuracy
• Drive enterprise growth initiatives

• Product, Technology & AI Leadership
• The successful leader is not expected to be a technical architect.
• However, they must demonstrate:

Candidate Profile

Required Experience

• Previous CEO or General Manager experience
• Demonstrated full P&L ownership
• Experience scaling technology businesses approximately from $5M–$15M+Strong SaaS and recurring revenue understanding
• Experience leading cross-functional organizations

Preferred Experience

Enterprise software exposureAI transformation experienceAPAC exposurePortfolio or decentralized operating environmentsMartech, Adtech, Call Analytics, or adjacent industry experience is advantageous but not essential.

Demonstrated success scaling technology businesses is considered significantly more important than industry specialization.

Demonstrated ability to translate product and technical capabilities into measurable customer value and commercial outcomes is highly valued.
