For nearly three decades, this organisation has built a strong reputation across industrial, commercial, and mining sectors. With multiple operations across NSW and Queensland, it is recognised for technical expertise, high-quality engineered solutions, and long-standing customer partnerships.

PositionReporting to the executive leadership team, you will take ownership of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain operations, ensuring the business is positioned for scalable growth while maintaining exceptional quality and service standards.

You will balance strategic direction with hands-on operational leadership, embedding robust systems, strengthening performance visibility, and inspiring high-performing teams across multiple sites.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and service operations
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and production optimisation
• Scale operational capacity while improving throughput and cost efficiency
• Implement and refine ERP-driven performance reporting and planning
• Strengthen quality control, compliance and safety frameworks
• Establish clear KPIs aligned to growth objectives and customer satisfaction
• Embed structured forecasting, asset management and risk mitigation processes

• You are an inspiring and visible operational leader with extensive experience in engineered products, industrial systems, or a related manufacturing environment
