The product is built. The underlying technology is ready. With the Australian government overhauling the aged care sector through the new Support at Home Program, the timing to capture this multi-million dollar assistive technology market is perfect.
Because I am fully committed to the technical architecture, product engineering, and scaling the infrastructure, I am looking for a commercial co-founder to lead our market development and expansion.
This is a pure Business Development & Commercialisation role. You will own the marketplace. Your mission is to get Cegga deployed into the real world.
The Rising B2B Hunter: You are an active corporate sales professional with experience in enterprise B2B sales, medical devices, or SaaS, looking to jump into an equity-backed co-founder position.
The Structure:
This is a co-founder-level role operating on a sweat-equity model with zero equity upfront. Equity will vest strictly based on performance and hitting concrete commercial milestones (such as securing our first paid enterprise pilot or unlocking a government grant) following a standard 90-day probation period with mutually defined milestones.
