Site Manager -380 kv Substation (Electrical)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to handle the execution of 380kV Substation projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring compliance with SEC standards, and supporting timely project delivery with high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for 380kV Substation projects
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment such as GIS, Transformers, Switchgear, and Protection Systems
• Ensure all work is executed as per SEC standards, drawings, and project specifications
• Coordinate with supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and project team
• Track site progress and report updates to project management
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Identify site issues and support in resolving technical challenges
• Maintain proper documentation and site records

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Power Engineerin
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in 380kV Substation project
• Hands-on experience in installation and site supervisio
• Knowledge of substation equipment and HV system
• Familiarity with SEC standards is preferre
• Good communication and coordination skill
• Ability to work under site conditions and meet deadline
