This role would suit an organised and proactive HR or Learning & Development Administrator looking to develop their career within L&D – working closely with L&D team, you’ll support the delivery and administration of training programmes across a range of practice groups and business services teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration and delivery of learning and development programmes across the firm.
- Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, communications, materials, and attendance tracking.
- Maintain accurate training records, learning management system data, and reporting trackers.
- Administer external training bookings and support mentoring, onboarding, and development initiatives.
- Collect and collate learner feedback, producing reports to support continuous improvement.
- Provide first-line support for training-related queries from learners and stakeholders.
- Assist with learning communications, training materials, and promotional activities.
- Process departmental invoices and maintain accurate training expenditure records.
- Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development colleagues, and business stakeholders to support learning initiatives.

Requirements
- Previous experience within a HR, Learning & Development, Training Administration environment, ideally within a law firm.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.A proactive and collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and develop within Learning & Development.
- Experience using HR systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or training databases would be advantageous.
