Assistant Project Manager | Prime Residential | LondonMy client is a growing Prime Residential contractor delivering high-end fit-out and refurbishment projects across London and is looking to appoint an ambitious Assistant Project Manager to join the business.

With a strong pipeline of work and long-term progression routes in place, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a successful career in Project Management.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their team to support the delivery of projects from inception through to completion. You will report directly to the Project Manager whilst also working closely with the Directors, gaining exposure to senior management and benefiting from ongoing mentorship.

This opportunity would suit a candidate from a relevant construction background within refurbishment / the high-end residential market, or a graduate with a construction-related degree looking to begin a successful career in Project Management and take on increasing levels of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Support programme, cost and risk management activities
• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers
• Assist with tendering, procurement and contract administration
• Monitor project progress and prepare project reports
• Support project governance and management processes
• Assist in the delivery of smaller projects with guidance from senior management

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proactive approach with a willingness to learn
• Ambition to develop a long-term career within Project Management
