Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Microbiologist to join our team at Dr Lal PathLabs (Pvt) Ltd. As a Microbiologist, you will take charge as the Technical and Administrative head of the lab, overseeing various technical aspects and ensuring the efficient operation of the laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Timely calibration of instruments and running controls to ensure accurate results.
• Daily maintenance of machines and coordination with engineers as needed.
• Strictly monitoring the Quality control of all tests conducted.
• Ensuring accurate testing, validation, and timely release of reports.
• Efficient inventory control to manage resources effectively.
• Providing guidance to technicians and other lab staff members.
• Keeping the lab's operational costs within budgeted limits.
• Preparing the lab for NABL audit and other applicable audits.
• Active participation in Continuous Medical Education (CMEs).
• Additional duties as assigned by the company.
