Job Description Laboratory Experience
Previous experience in chemistry laboratory in academic or industry. This includes managing stock of chemicals/glasswares, mainting records, preparing solutions, handling acids/bases and good communication.
Computer
Skills
- Proficiency in standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Additionally, familiarity with database management systems, Multimedia work and academic software used in research environments can be advantageous.
- Organizational
Skills
- Strong organizational abilities are crucial for the smooth conduct of chemistry laboratories.
- The lab technician should be capable of managing various UG/PG laboratories.
- Interpersonal
Skills
- Effective communication, additional language proficiency, interpersonal skills are vital for interacting with various stakeholders, including faculty, students, staff, and external contacts.
