Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of residential building projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and handover, with a focus on built-to-sell developments.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Drive the implementation of best practices in construction management, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Report to senior management on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Min of 15+ years' experience, in a lead role - managing large-scale/ multi-disciplinary projects.
• Preferably experience with a developer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / or Architecture Engineering is mandatory.A minimum of 12+ years of experience in project management within the construction / real estate industry, with at least 2-3 years in a director-level role.
• Proven track record in delivering building projects for a developer, specifically in Dubai.
• Strong background in construction, with hands-on experience in managing project delivery from start to finish.
