Role Description

This is a Full-time, on-site role for an Admission and Discharge Coordinator based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Coordinator will manage the admission and discharge process for patients, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Responsibilities include verifying patient information, coordinating medical documentation, delivering exceptional customer service, and serving as a liaison between medical staff and patients to facilitate smooth transitions. Additional tasks may involve providing guidance and education to patients regarding procedures, medical terminology, and insurance-related queries.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming and professional experience for patients and their families.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and understanding of Medicare processes to ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
• Training skills and a willingness to educate patients on admission and discharge protocols.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle medical documentation efficiently.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and hospital management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a healthcare is must, and bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic, is required.
• Candidate who has experience in Accounts department is preferred.
