Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in DPMS software accurately and efficiently
- Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Process data in a timely manner as per deadlines
- Generate reports from DPMS when required
- Cross-check entered data with source documents
- Maintain proper filing and documentation (digital/physical)
- Coordinate with team members and other departments for data validation
- Follow SOPs and compliance guidelines for data management
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of DPMS software (or similar systems)
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer applications
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
Preferred
