Beauty Ambassador – Bristol

Job Responsibilities
- Proactively sell Parfums Givenchy beauty products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the line manager.
- Cross‑sell across product categories to increase average transaction value (ATV) and average transaction units (ATU).
- Be knowledgeable on all Parfums Givenchy and propose personalised products to clients.
- Demonstrate products to clients by means of flash make‑overs and confidently explain benefits.
- Initiate contact with customers and welcome them on counter and through traffic stopping.
- Identify, understand and reformulate client needs.
- Develop personal relationships with clients and build loyalty.
- Educate clients on Parfums Givenchy products and on the brand.
- Participate in merchandise management and ensure it follows corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the Counter Manager.
- Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
- Adhere to all Company procedures and policies, as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team.
Qualifications
- Tenacious, driven and results‑oriented, you seek to grow the business through events and counter activity.
- Self‑confident with strong selling skills; able to engage customers at ease.
- Excellent communication skills, able to identify key items that suit the customers’ needs.
- Immaculately groomed and presented; embody the elegance associated with Parfums Givenchy.
- Experience in luxury retail or beauty sales is highly desirable.
- Good knowledge of cosmetics and make‑up application is a plus.
