Role Overview
We are looking to engage Business Owners / Founders who currently operate using a company-name Gmail account (e.g., companyname@gmail.com) and are interested in expanding and streamlining their business operations using digital tools and structured workflows.
This role is ideal for SMB owners, solo founders, and micro-enterprise leaders who actively manage their business communication and are open to scaling through modern collaboration platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day business communication using company-name Gmail
- Participate in business discussions via Google Meet / MS Teams
- Use MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, documentation, and planning
- Utilize Google Workspace tools (Drive, Calendar, Meet) for collaboration
- Evaluate and implement digital workflows to support business growth
