About the Role
The Information Technology Manager will direct, Establishes and executes initiatives for the Americas region information technology department to support the company's short and long-term business and growth objectives while aligning with Global IT. Drive IT strategy to enable best in class infrastructure standards and solutions to support growth enablement.
Ensures security, confidentiality and reliability of corporate data resources.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and lead the Americas IT function including infrastructure, Enterprise Applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other cloud applications), Communication Services, Security & Risk management, end user support, application development, and all other hardware/software utilized throughout the organization.
- Collaborate, partner and support Global DS management to ensure alignment on company objectives, business goals and long-term strategy
- Inspire and mentor a high performing DS team while maintaining strategic direction, governance and performance accountability
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the development, acquisition, and deployment of technology solutions
- Establish and align cybersecurity policies and procedures for system security, network, Internet, e-mail and other system usage.
- Establish fiscal budget for the DS department that includes all hardware, software, training, and staff resources.
- Track actual spending against budget and negotiate, track and maintain DS contracts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, semiannual, annual and mid-term reports on planned activities.
- Establish and align standards for hardware, software, security, backup/recovery, programming, and help desk support to ensure all supported systems and applications utilized throughout the organization are secure, maintainable and scalable to meet changing business needs.
- Provide ongoing maintenance support for hardware and software
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement across local and global DSUphold the principles and practices of the TQM/GQM business management system, including QC Thinking, Kaizen Innovation, and the corporate philosophy of GC no Kokoro.
- Ensure Compliance and DS governance frameworks to align to regulatory standards like USO, FDA(CSV, GxP), OSHA and EEO standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- BS Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field5+ years of experience in IT Management position leading IT professionals in various roles5+ years’ experience working with ERP3+ years’ project management experience
- Ability to collaborate with and lead team members to set and meet goals and complete tasks
- Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications.A sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, etc.
- Experience with installing, integrating and programming of A/V equipment.
- Demonstrates ability to produce detailed solutions for a technical audience, and produce clear written communications for a non-technical audience
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 product and Azure Cloud Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to continually assess organizational needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment and manage time effectively to meet deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change.
Working Environment
The on-site work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position: Professional office setting with in-office work required Monday through Thursday each week with Friday serving as a remote-work day for focused work, evaluation of data and delivery on project tasks to meet established deadlines or fulfill functional work cadence.

The total compensation range for this position is $100,000- $150,000. GC America values our Total Rewards, and offers a competitive and comprehensive Benefits Package including, but not limited to, Medical, Dental, Vision, Family Forming benefits, Life & Disability Insurance, and Paid Time Off. GC America reserves the right to amend, change, alter, and revise pay ranges and benefits offerings at any time.
