As our portfolio continues to grow, we are expanding our team and are looking for a motivated and organized Secondary Market & Property Management Consultant (M/F/D) for our office in Business Bay, Dubai. | WHAT MAKES THIS POSITION DIFFERENT? | This is not a traditional Off Plan sales role. | Your main responsibility will be to work closely with existing property owners, landlords and investors from our database and help them maximize the potential of their real estate assets. | OMARI Group provides you with access to an existing owner and investor database.
You will work primarily from our office in Business Bay and contact these property owners by phone. Your objective is to build long term relationships and generate business opportunities in the areas of property sales, rentals, property management and property flipping. | Your daily responsibilities will include: |
- Contacting property owners and investors from our existing database |
- Building and maintaining long term client relationships |
- Acquiring exclusive resale and rental listings |
- Assisting owners who wish to sell, rent or flip their properties |
- Finding suitable tenants for landlords and investors |
- Presenting our Property Management and Airbnb services |
- Coordinating with buyers, tenants and investors |
- Organizing and scheduling property viewings and meetings |
- Identifying additional business opportunities within our existing client network |
- Creating and managing property listings on major Dubai real estate portals |
- Uploading and updating property photos, descriptions and property information |
- Managing online inquiries and following up with potential buyers and tenants |
- Arranging appointments and accompanying clients to property viewings when required | You will focus on relationship building, listing management and business development while our back office and management team support you with operational processes. | WE PROVIDE |

Requirements
- Fluent English, both spoken and written (professional/business level) |
- Minimum 1 year of experience living and working in Dubai |
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, sales, telesales or account management is highly preferred |
- Experience working with Dubai real estate portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle or similar platforms |
- Experience creating and managing property listings, uploading photos and maintaining online advertisements |
- Strong communication and negotiation skills |
- Professional appearance and positive attitude |
- Self motivated, target driven and entrepreneurial mindset |
- Ability to build and maintain long term relationships with property owners and investors |
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail |
- Reliable and easily reachable during working hours |
- Comfortable coordinating appointments and property viewings |
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings simultaneously |
- A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory | Arabic language skills are an advantage but are not mandatory. | Please note that excellent English communication skills are essential for this position.
