Partner — Real Estate (Infrastructure) — Dubai

Leading international office seeks a senior Real Estate partner to grow its Dubai infrastructure and construction-related practice. The role will focus on project real estate, infrastructure transactions and construction-linked matters, working alongside established teams across corporate, technology, IP, energy-transition and international arbitration specialties.

Successful candidates will be expected to bring a portable practice and use existing relationships to broaden the regional platform, while collaborating across practices to win cross-border work. This is a senior hire with significant business development and client‑management responsibilities.

• Established partner with significant experience in real estate, infrastructure or construction matters.
• Proven record of originating and running client matters and a portable book of business.
• Ability to cross-sell into corporate, technology, IP, energy-transition and arbitration practices.
• Based in or able to work from Dubai / UAE and comfortable leading a regional team and client development.
