Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Specialist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Specialist will support clients through the end-to-end process of buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, including property viewings, negotiations, and documentation.

Responsibilities include managing property listings, preparing accurate property descriptions, coordinating marketing activities, and staying up to date with market trends and pricing. The role involves promptly responding to client inquiries, maintaining regular communication, and ensuring a transparent and smooth transaction process for all parties involved.

The Real Estate Specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams and management to meet sales targets, uphold company standards, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property principles, local Dubai market dynamics, and relevant regulations.
• Experience in Sales and Real Estate Development, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing property deals.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills with a client-focused, solutions-oriented approach to resolving issues and building long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with strong interpersonal skills and professional presentation.
• Ability to work on site, manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Proficiency with basic office software, CRM or real estate listing platforms, and digital communication tools.
• Previous experience in the Dubai real estate market and a valid UAE driving license are highly beneficial.

Relevant certification in real estate or a related field is an advantage; fluency in English is required, and additional languages are a plus.
