Partner — Construction & Real Estate, Dubai

Leading international firm is looking to hire a partner to join its Dubai Construction and Real Estate team. The role focuses on transactional work across construction, infrastructure and real estate matters, advising regional and international clients on complex projects and contractual arrangements.

The team handles high-value project work and cross-border transactions; the incoming partner will be expected to develop and lead business in the region and work collaboratively with sector specialists across offices. This is a partner-level role suited to an established lawyer with a portable practice or demonstrable client following in the UAE/GCC market.

• Established partner-level construction/real estate practitioner with transactional and infrastructure experience.
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships in the UAE/GCC; portable business or demonstrable following preferred.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and project-advisory skills; experience on major project documentation and contracting standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across a multi-jurisdictional team.
