Job Descriptions:
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes.
Provide prompt, attentive, and courteous service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including equipment, glasses, and inventory.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible service of alcohol.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, including regular cleaning of the bar area and equipment.
Keep up-to-date knowledge of drink recipes, new menu items, and bar promotions.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking and requisitioning supplies as needed.
