- The Associate Manager, 360 Marketing supports the development and execution of full-funnel marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence across wholesale partners.
- This role coordinates media campaigns, in-store activations, influencer programs, and asset delivery, ensuring all initiatives are executed accurately, on time, and aligned with business priorities.
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- What You’ll Do:1. 360 Marketing Execution
- Support the execution of 360 marketing plans that enhance customer engagement across wholesale digital and in-store channels.
- Coordinate with retail media networks and partner marketing teams to secure placements during high-traffic periods and ensure campaigns support acquisition and retention goals.
- Track campaign performance and share insights to support optimization and future planning.

- Media Planning & Coordination
- Assist in building and executing onsite and offsite media campaigns, including video, paid social, programmatic display, and sponsored product ads.
- Partner with retail media networks and agency teams to ensure campaigns launch accurately and deliver against benchmarks.
- Manage internal creative timelines to ensure timely delivery of media assets, collaborating with sales to highlight priority products.
- Review media plans for targeting accuracy, leveraging retailer first-party data and internal learnings.

- In-Store Event Support
- Plan and execute in-store activations across key markets, ensuring all logistics, communication, and materials are delivered on time.
- Spearhead 360° marketing strategy to drive awareness for events through influencer partnerships, mall marketing initiatives, paid media, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising.
- Develop and manage a network of local vendor partners for in-store events, ensuring successful execution and creating opportunities for continued collaboration.
- Coordinate with sales teams, retail development, store teams, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of experiential activations, seasonal programs, and value-add services.
- Track event performance and customer segment data to measure impact and inform future strategies.

- Influencer Program Coordination
- Partner with internal influencer teams and wholesale partners to identify and secure on-brand creators for retail-supported campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal influencer team to align brand influencer campaigns into appropriate wholesale programs per account.
- Manage influencer logistics including product selection, shipping coordination, content review, and reporting.
- Support upper-funnel initiatives that drive awareness and engagement during key selling moments.

- Brand Imagery & Asset Management
- Deliver brand imagery, static assets, and video assets to wholesale partners on schedule, ensuring all teams receive correct and complete files.
- Ensure wholesaler brand pages are updated with the latest campaign creative and imagery ahead of seasonal launches.
- Maintain seasonal product cadence calendars and distribute them to partners to support photoshoot planning and product prioritization.
- Own the development of seasonal wholesale shot lists in partnership with Sales and the Fashion Office, ensuring key products are prioritized and photographed to support the needs of top wholesale accounts each season.
- Drive cross-functional coordination with Sales and Visual Merchandising to ensure signage is developed, produced, and distributed to wholesale accounts in support of key seasonal launches.
- Collaborate with creative and sales teams to ensure partners receive priority images and understand brand direction.

- Cross-Functional Communication & Process Support
- Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams (sales, creative, brand, digital) and wholesale partners.
- Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and next steps are clearly communicated and followed through.
- Support process improvements to reduce operational gaps, improve organization, and streamline communication.
- Track and maintain annual budgets for each wholesale account, ensuring spending is tracked and managed against allocated funds.
- You’ll Need to Have:3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, retail marketing, media planning, or wholesale marketing.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience coordinating campaigns across digital media, retail media networks, or influencer programs.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret media performance data and identify insights.
Experience supporting in-store events or experiential marketing is a plus.
