Job Description
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide legal counsel to internal teams on various corporate and commercial matters.
- Assist in managing legal disputes and coordinating with external legal counsel when required.
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and international laws relevant to the automotive industry.
- Support regulatory filings and compliance initiatives.
- Conduct legal research to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal and compliance concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records and documentation.
- This role requires occasional travel to client's site
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Consultant (Temp) should have
- LLB/LLM
- PQE 3-6 years
- Experience in handling legal matters in the industrial/manufacturing sector, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Prior exposure to managing on-site factory compliance is a must.
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting skills.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial laws.
- An ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
