Role Overview
As an Associate in the Seller Experience team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at improving seller experience and business growth, from inception through to scale-up. Additionally, you will oversee the end-to-end (E2E) Hyperlocal construct.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Problem Solving: Identify areas for improvement within marketplace processes.
- Design and execute structural solutions for challenges impacting seller experience or growth, owning initiatives from end to end.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Structure and conduct deep-dive analyses to define Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for programs, ensuring all business decisions are backed by data.
- Market Intelligence: Identify industry trends and perform benchmarking to shape critical initiatives within the e-commerce marketplace ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaison with cross-functional teams—including Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Tech—to ensure seamless program execution and course-correct as needed.
- Visibility & Reporting: Create dashboards, trackers, and newsletters to improve program visibility for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Tracking: Monitor initiative progress against expected timelines and intended impact, highlighting risks and problem-solving with stakeholders to keep projects on track.OMNI Speed Optimization: Improve overall OMNI speed metrics, specifically focusing on D1 and D2 while matching SLA <> O2D (Order-to-Delivery).
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline operations for both First Mile (FM) and sellers, finding innovative ways to reduce breaches while keeping fulfillment speed at the forefront.
