Req#30045181The Business Adoption Centre of Excellence (COE) is seeking a Junior Business Adoption Solution Builder to support the design and delivery of digital adoption solutions across the firm.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop technical and digital adoption skills while working with WalkMe, KPMG’s Digital Adoption Platform. WalkMe enables our colleagues to adopt processes, systems, and new ways of working through in‑application guidance, supporting efficiency and consistency across the organisation.
As a Junior Solution Builder, you will work under the guidance of experienced team members to help build, test, and maintain WalkMe solutions that enhance user experience and support business processes.
Responsibilities
- Support senior team members in the build and configuration of WalkMe content, including Smart Walk‑Thrus, Smart Tips, and various other types of on‑screen guidance
- Translate business requirements into WalkMe solutions following defined standards and best practices
- Apply basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge to support selectors, logic, and rule conditions within WalkMe
- Assist with quality assurance testing to validate functionality, accuracy, and user experience
- Support troubleshooting activities by investigating issues and escalating where appropriate
- Maintain and update existing WalkMe content in line with minor change requests and feedback
- Follow COE governance, build and documentation standards
- Participate in training and development activities to build technical, platform, and business knowledge
- Support reporting and insight activities by assisting with the review of WalkMe usage data
Qualifications
Required
- BE/Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in programming, web technologiesDesirable
- Exposure to or interest in Digital Adoption PlatformsExperience
- 3+ years of overall experience
- Basic knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
- Strong interest in coding, digital platforms, and user interface behaviour
- Logical and analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to follow structured processes and build solutions to defined standards
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and ways of working
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Organised approach to managing tasks and delivering to agreed timelines
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build stakeholder relationships.
