Bachelor of Law (LL.B) or equivalent legal qualification3-5 years of experience as a paralegal and/or other proven matter and contract management experience including contract review, drafting and negotiation.
Excellent English communication skills, with prior experience working with in-house legal teams across EMEA, Europe, and APAC.Prior experience in legal operations, shared services, or an in-house legal functionProven ability to multi-task, identify and manage competing priorities, and independently analyze and solve problemsExperience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Familiarity with global contracting standardsExperience working with legal technology (e.g., CLM, workflow, document automation tools).
Experience delivering contracting work across global jurisdictions.
