About the Role
SocioTech Services is seeking motivated and professional Customer Support Representatives to support operations for our U.S.-based client in the trucking and transportation industry. This role involves customer communication, document management, appointment scheduling, CRM updates, and general administrative support.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer emails, text messages, and live chat inquiries.
- Follow up with clients regarding compliance requirements and documentation.
- Collect, review, and organize customer documents.
- Schedule appointments, training sessions, medical examinations, and other client services.
- Update customer information in CRM and internal systems.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.
- Assist with customer onboarding and account management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support sales and customer retention activities when required.
Requirements
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with U.S. Pacific Time.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hindi communication skills preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using CRM software.
- Experience handling emails and customer support tickets.
- Knowledge of the transportation or logistics industry is an advantage.
- Ability to learn new software and processes quickly.
