Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound telecalling to generate and qualify leads
• Identify and source potential clients through data mining and research
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Understand client travel requirements and propose suitable inbound travel packages
• Create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
• Deliver virtual presentations and effectively communicate offerings to clients
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
