JOB SUMMARY
- Job Scope: Responsible for all administrative and coordination support tasks for the Commercial team. This role is the central hub for all sales data management, documentation, and internal coordination.
- Key Purpose: To be the 'Engine Room' of the sales team, responsible for increasing the 'Selling Time' for the Sale (GC & Indoor) teams by handling CRM data integrity, documentation, and various coordination tasks with speed and absolute accuracy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Quotation & Proposal Preparation:
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents as requested by the Sale team.
- CRM & Data Integrity Management:
- Take full ownership of CRM data entry and maintenance. Actively update and maintain all customer information, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system based on input from the GC and Indoor sales teams.
- Ensure all 'Self-Qualified Leads' generated by the sales team are recorded accurately and timely, maintaining the CRM as the single source of truth.
- Internal Coordination:
- Act as the central point of contact for coordination with other departments (e.g., CS, Ops, Finance) regarding the sales process to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Report Generation:
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports as assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide other administrative support to the Commercial team as required.
QUALIFICATION
- Work Experience:
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a sales support, sales coordination, or administrative role.
