Junior Video Editor and Producer

We are looking for a motivated Junior Video Editor & Producer to join our content team. You will support the end-to-end video production process — from pre-production through to final delivery — creating polished video content for digital and social platforms. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career candidate looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced content environment.

Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver video content across multiple formats, including social media assets, short-form features, and internal videos.
• Handle post-production tasks including but not limited to audio mixing, color correction, and basic motion graphics.
• Support pre-production activities such as shoot logistics, call sheets, and shot lists Collaborate with writers and producers to shape video narratives.
• Format and export video assets to meet platform specifications for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels.
• Maintain organized project files and media asset libraries.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in video editing or digital content creation (internship experience welcomed)
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing ability across different formats and platforms
• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects and Photoshop is a plus
• Good understanding of platform-specific video formats and current social video trends
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines independently

• Some hands-on experience with camera operation, basic lighting, or audio recording.
• Familiarity with standard video codecs, file formats, and export settings for web.
• An eye for pacing, visual storytelling, and brand-consistent presentation.
