We are seeking a junior or mid-level associate to join a finance-focused practice handling structured and asset-backed transactions. This role offers hands-on experience with complex financing structures and the opportunity to work with a collaborative team on sophisticated deal work.

Responsibilities

Assist with structured finance and asset-backed transactions across a range of asset classes

Support deal execution, including drafting and reviewing transaction documents

Work on asset-backed credit facilities and related financing arrangements

Collaborate with team members on structuring and negotiating transactions

Conduct legal research and provide analysis on transaction-related issues

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in structured finance or asset-backed finance

Familiarity with securitization concepts, including asset-backed securities and related structures

Exposure to credit facilities and financing transactions preferred

Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills

Requirements

Prior experience at a law firm or comparable legal environment

Strong academic credentials

Ability to manage multiple assignments and work collaboratively

Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills

Admission NY State Bar or eligibility for admission
