Chief Executive Officer

Our client, a growing consumer health and wellness company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the next phase of growth and value creation. Reporting to ownership and key stakeholders, the CEO will have full responsibility for business performance, strategy, operations, commercial execution, and organizational development.

This executive will lead efforts to accelerate revenue growth, expand market presence, improve profitability, and build the infrastructure required to support long-term scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's growth strategy across multiple brands and channels.
• Maintain full P&L ownership and accountability for financial performance.
• Drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and operational excellence.
• Lead product innovation, portfolio strategy, and commercialization initiatives.
• Expand distribution and strengthen market penetration across e-commerce and retail channels.
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing leadership team.
• Establish KPIs, operating rhythms, and accountability systems to support scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven success scaling consumer brands within supplements, wellness, nutrition, food & beverage, or adjacent CPG categories.
• Experience as a CEO, President, General Manager, COO, or similar executive leader with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong track record driving growth across direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, retail, and omnichannel environments.
• Demonstrated ability to improve profitability, optimize unit economics, and lead organizational growth.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams in entrepreneurial, growth-oriented businesses.
• Vitamins, minerals, supplements, functional nutrition, or wellness categories.
• National retail expansion and omnichannel growth strategies.M&A, private equity, or exit-event experience.

Compensation

$350k plus Bonus and
