Role Title: Regional Field Marketing Manager
Job Purpose
To drive field marketing initiatives across the cluster by ensuring effective implementation of marketing modules, strengthening end-user engagement, enabling sales teams, and delivering actionable market insights to enhance business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Marketing Execution (Modules I & II)
- Ensure seamless implementation of all Quarterly Market Development Plans (MDPs) and field marketing modules.
- Enable execution by provisioning required tools, resources, and support systems for on-ground teams.
- Track and evaluate effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights to HO and Category teams.
- Drive corrective actions in exception territories / underperforming products in alignment with HO plans.
- Competitive Strategy & Market Activation
- Monitor competitor activities and drive counteraction strategies to gain share, especially in large outlets.
- Provide regular market intelligence and feedback to ZM and HO to refine strategy.
- Customer Conversion Initiatives
- Lead engagement and conversion of Large Contractors and develop a sustainable ecosystem.
- Activate and engage Specialized Contractors.
- Enable team to drive Architect and Interior Designer conversions.
- Product Marketing & Launch Execution
- Drive implementation of marketing modules for:
- New Products (NP)
- Products Under Launch (PUL)
- Young Products (YP)
- Ensure effective pre-launch activities, trade activations, and coordination with developers and agencies.
- Collaborate with Category teams and external agencies for execution, review, and performance tracking.
- Provide insights and recommendations for post-launch strategies.
