About the Role
As a Regional Brand Integration Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales, building brand partnerships, and delivering innovative marketing and advertising solutions. Acting as an extended marketing arm of client brands, this role demands a customer-first approach, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
You will identify potential brands and agencies, onboard new clients, retain existing ones, and lead a team to drive campaign success and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Sales & Brand Acquisition
- Identify and onboard potential brands/companies based on market trends and advertising opportunities.
- Reach out to decision-makers in relevant industries to pitch and close partnerships.
- Handle both individual contribution and team leadership, ensuring targets are achieved.
- Campaign Planning & Execution
- Understand client marketing needs, identify challenges, and collect detailed campaign briefs.
- Translate brand objectives into actionable go-to-market (GTM) strategies and advertising plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of campaigns.
- Measure campaign performance and deliver ROI and KPI reports to clients.
- Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Brand Managers, driving high performance and innovation.
- Oversee daily operations, including campaign planning, client communication, and reporting.
- Prepare and review daily task reports to monitor productivity and goal achievement.
- Client & Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and agencies to secure repeat business.
- Maintain consistent communication to understand upcoming campaigns and business goals.
- Ensure smooth workflow, prompt issue resolution, and timely campaign delivery.
- Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct regular research on relevant brands, marketing spends, and category trends.
- Analyze consumer insights and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies.
- Monitor market shifts and adapt strategies to align with emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Brand Manager, Associate Brand Manager, or similar role with 2+ years Experience in team handling.
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and present recommendations to leadership.
- Strong background in campaign execution, sales closure, and client servicing.
- Excellent understanding of the marketing mix and digital advertising formats.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills; data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Up-to-date with latest advertising trends and marketing best practices.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
