Project Management-Fabrication

Evaluates manufacturing processes by conducting manufacturing feasibility study Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement for sheet metal components likefabrication, tooling, and assembly.

Coordinate with clients, engineers, suppliers, and production teams to meet specifications, resolve issues, and ensurequality compliance (e.g., ISO standards). Monitor costs, timelines, and risks; conduct reviews, audits, and reporting for stakeholders.

Develop detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) for fabrication stages (cutting, punching, bending, welding,finishing) Liaise with the procurement team for raw material (CRCA, Stainless Steel, Aluminium) and coordinate with theproduction floor to manage machine uptime.

Provide regular progress updates to clients and internal leadership; manage New Product Development (NPD) cycles Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructionsand established procedures; requesting special service Lead and motivate the team to achieve their deliverables and enrich their skill setDiploma (Polytechnic/NTTF/GTTC) or BE/B Tech in Mechanical with 2-5 years’ experience in sheet metal fabrication,preferred are from Marine/Aerospace industry or low batch production environment Minimum 2-3 years of Proficiency with Fiber Lasers, Press Brakes and MIG/TIG/SAW welding, AWS Procedures ismust Proficient in Computer skills in MS Office and analytical applications Experience in effective usage of data analysis, tools and statistical analysisSkills: components,manufacturing,fabrication
