The Role
We are hiring a technically fluent, highly organized, client-facing operator to lead technical delivery across our portfolio of eCommerce (primarily Shopify) clients.
This role sits at the intersection of
- technical execution
- client digital strategy
- systems thinking
- delivery leadership
You will serve as the primary steward of development execution across client accounts — translating business objectives into clear technical direction while ensuring alignment between clients, internal strategists, and development teams.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who is comfortable operating with autonomy, making judgment-based decisions, and maintaining clarity across multiple concurrent workstreams.
We are not looking for a task manager — we are looking for someone who can elevate delivery quality, proactively manage risk, and help shape better technical outcomes for clients.
