BUSINESS UNIT SENIOR DIRECTOR – REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTSWe are seeking a senior real estate professional to lead and develop a business unit focused on selected real estate asset classes.
The role sits within a real estate advisory and investment platform supporting institutional investors, developers and corporate clients in capital allocation and investment decision-making processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for business growth, team leadership, client relationships and the financial performance of the business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the growth strategy for the relevant asset classes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee the business unit’s financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, real estate operators, and key market stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic engagements.
- Lead complex transactions and strategic initiatives across the investment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximise business opportunities and create value through cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- We are interested in professionals with significant experience across real estate and investments, gained within environments such as real estate advisory, capital markets, investment management, real estate funds, asset management, or investment platforms.

Salary Range
€ 110.000 – 150.000 + MBO
