Role Definition:
The Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, recording and analyzing financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations. The role involves preparing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, handling reconciliations, supporting audits, and ensuring smooth financial operations of the organization.
The Accountant also coordinates with management and outsourced accountants by ensuring timely and accurate flow of financial documents and data.
Requirements

- Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent MBA (Finance) / M.Com preferred (not mandatory)

- Experience 5 years of relevant experience in accounting / finance role Experience in real estate / construction / corporate accounting is an added advantage Exposure to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Reconciliation mandatory

Requirements
- Hands-on experience in accounting software (Tally / Zoho Books / ERP systems) Strong knowledge of MS Excel (basic to intermediate level) Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance

- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial record maintenance Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger management Ability to prepare and support financial reports Handling vendor payments and receivables follow-up Exposure to audit support activities
