Reporting to: Ownership / Management Team
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall day-to-day academic and operational functions of the nursery
- Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, care, and child wellbeing
- Oversee staff recruitment, retention, training, and performance management
- Support enrolment growth and maintain positive parent relationships
- Develop and implement engaging EYFS-based learning programmes
- Ensure compliance with KHDA, DHA, Dubai Municipality, and other regulatory authorities
- Maintain the nursery environment to the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and quality
- Manage nursery operations, administration, and financial procedures effectively
- Monitor occupancy, enrollment targets, and support business growth initiatives
- Foster a positive culture and support staff development and engagement
- Work closely with ownership on operational improvements and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or postgraduate qualification in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field
- CACHE Level 5 (or equivalent qualification) preferred
- Assistant Managers currently enrolled in, or willing to enroll in, CACHE Level 5 may also beconsidered
- Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education, with management or supervisoryexperience preferred
- Strong knowledge of EYFS framework and UAE nursery regulations
- Montessori experience/background would be an advantage
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong relationship-building skills with parents, children, and staff
- Familiarity with nursery management systems and basic reporting/administrative processes
- Passionate, proactive, and committed to delivering excellence in early years education
