This is not a "post daily and reply to comments" role. You will be the only creative person on the team. No creative director above you. No team below you. No one to design for you, edit your videos, or tell you what to post. You will own TradeClover's entire visual identity and social media presence from top to bottom. If you need direction on what to create, this is not for you.

What You Must Know (Non-Negotiable)

• Design: Figma — UI mockups, social creatives, pitch decks, brand assets. Not just templates, actual design sense.
• Motion & Animation: 2D animations using After Effects, Jitter, or equivalent. Motion graphics for reels, explainer videos, product walkthroughs. Not just transitions.
• Video Production: Scripting, shooting (basic), and editing full-length videos — not just 30-second reels. YouTube-style content, demo videos, testimonials.
• Short-Form Content: Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts — but this is the floor, not the ceiling.
• Strategy: Content calendars, platform-specific strategies, growth planning, knowing what content to make and why.
• Copywriting: Writing captions, hooks, video scripts, and ad copy that actually convert. You understand tone.
• Analytics: Reading what works and what doesn't across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You make decisions from data, not feelings.
• Platform Fluency: Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube — you understand how each algorithm works and you tailor content accordingly.
• Brand Building: You can take a B2B startup with zero presence and build something people recognize and trust.

What You Will Own

Everything creative. Brand identity, social presence across all platforms, video content, motion graphics, creatives for campaigns, ad visuals, onboarding decks, and anything else the company needs visually. You decide the strategy. You execute it. You measure it. You improve it.

Who Should NOT Apply

• Anyone who only knows how to make reels and post them
• Anyone who needs a designer to hand them assets to edit
• Anyone who has never made a video longer than 60 seconds
• Anyone who cannot think in strategy and only works execution
• Anyone looking for remote or hybrid work
• Anyone whose Figma skills go only as far as Canva-style templates
• Freshers or anyone with under 3 years of real, end-to-end creative experience
