The Role
Savills are currently expanding the Residential team and are seeking experienced Team Leaders to take ownership of specific communities, driving performance while leading and scaling a high-performing team of Brokers within the Dubai market.
This is a billing leadership role, suited to top-performing Brokers looking to step up, take ownership of a team, and significantly increase their earning potential within a globally recognised brand.
As a Team Leader at Savills, you will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and developing your team, while actively contributing to revenue generation and market growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Brokers to achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets
- Drive team performance through coaching, mentoring, and ongoing training
- Monitor KPIs, pipeline activity, and conversion rates across the team
- Act as a role model by contributing to personal billing and maintaining strong market presence
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent within the team
- Qualify leads and ensure effective use of the company CRM across the team
- Oversee transaction processes, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, legislation, and best practices
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting the team in closing key deals
- Identify and implement innovative marketing and business development strategies
- Ensure adherence to RERA regulations and company standards
- Represent Savills professionally in the market, including at industry events and exhibitions
- Skills, Knowledge And Experience
- Proven track record in Dubai real estate, with 3–5+ years experience
- Previous team leadership or mentoring experience preferred
- Strong billing history with consistent achievement of sales targets
- RERA license
- UAE driver’s license and own car
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Commercially driven with a strategic mindset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
