Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable* Perform bank reconciliations and cash management* Support month-end closing and journal entries* Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis* Monitor general ledger and overhead expenses* Manage petty cash and employee expense tracking* Support inventory audits and stock reconciliations* Assist with statutory audits and compliance requirements* Reconcile retail sales and POS transactions🔹
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance* Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience* Experience in FMCG industry preferred* Strong ERP knowledge, especially Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics & Zeroh* Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)* Experience with month-end closing, and financial reporting* Knowledge of POS systems and retail accounting is an advantage
