What You willl Do
- Precision Proposal Writing: Translate complex AI engineering capabilities into clear, high-impact proposals, pitches, and discovery documents.
- Client Outreach & Lead Gen: Manage and optimize our outbound communication channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, and direct outreach) to connect with high-value clients.
- Market & Technical Research: Deep-dive into target industries, client workflows, and emerging AI trends to identify exactly where Croncore can add value.
- Pipeline Management: Work closely with the leadership team to track leads, follow up meticulously, and move conversations forward.
Who You Are
- A Stellar Communicator: You possess exceptional written and verbal English skills. You don't write generic templates; you write contextual, value-driven copy.
- Deeply Resourceful: You know how to research businesses, uncover their pain points, and figure out who the decision-makers are.
- Tech-Savvy / Fast Learner: You don’t need to be an AI engineer, but you must be genuinely interested in AI, LLMs, and automation, and able to talk about them intelligently.
- Execution-Driven: You thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced startup environment and take extreme ownership of your goals.
