Our client is a fast-growing outsourced sales company based in London, currently seeking Field Sales Assistants who are looking for more than a standard 9-to-5 role. They deliver face-to-face campaigns for recognised brands, with teams working directly in the field to engage customers and drive results through personal interaction.

To support you from day one, this role offers a competitive day rate combined with an uncapped commission structure that directly rewards your hard work - giving you the perfect blend of guaranteed baseline security and limitless earning potential.

Full training is provided from the start, giving you the opportunity to develop key skills in communication, sales, customer service, sales psychology, and leadership within a structured, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands in residential environments, engaging with customers face-to-face
• Present products and services clearly, answering questions and building trust
• Support new customers through the sign-up process, ensuring a smooth experience
• Work towards daily and weekly performance targets with ongoing team support
• Apply training provided to improve communication, sales techniques, and results
