Own Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud as both a product and a service. Accountable for roadmap, value realisation, releases and overall platform health, and for the Bullhorn / partner relationship.
Own the product roadmap, backlog and release plan; prioritise optimisation and client rollout.
Own licence management and cost optimisation; track and exploit Bullhorn's product direction.
Own the service: SLAs, vendor / partner performance and running-cost P&L.Act as senior Bullhorn SME into pre-sales and tenders, on a capacity-controlled basis.
Support the legacy ATS decommission and client-migration plan.
Skills & certifications: deep Bullhorn / Salesforce platform product knowledge and recruitment / RPO domain understanding;product management and Agile delivery (e.g. Certified Scrum Product Owner);stakeholder management to board and client level;Bullhorn product certification (Bullhorn Academy); Salesforce Administrator certification advantageous.
